Soybean Promoter Thematic Groups:
Thematic groups (
WRKY,
Ubi,
CONS,
Root-specific
families) of soybean promoters, which either regulate similar
genes or are regulated under similar conditions, were cloned and tested for expression
intensities.
The isolated promoters were fused to GFP
and introduced into 2 different tissues using the
following two validation tools.
